About the Programme
The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM - Weekend) Programme at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) is designed for ambitious professionals who seek to upgrade their managerial skills while continuing their career. Spanning six terms (two years), the programme offers a balance of theoretical understanding and practical application. Classes are held on Saturdays (5:00 PM – 8:15 PM) and Sundays (9:00 AM – 4:15 PM), with occasional Friday or Saturday afternoon sessions as required.

Admissions
The PGDM - Weekend at LIBA is a weekend, two-year AICTE-approved programme.
Eligibility
Persons satisfying the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- The applicant should be a graduate from a recognized university or hold a professional qualification recognized as equivalent to a bachelor's degree and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
- The applicant should have full-time work experience in Business/Industry/Government for a minimum period of two years.
- The applicant should be employed at the time of applying for the programme.
Selection Process
Candidate should apply online on the LIBA website. Application Fee is Rs. 900/- Application fees once paid will not be refunded.
- An email will be sent to candidates about the date and time of entrance test and personal interview.
- Selection to the programme will be based on the applicant's overall performance in the entrance test and personal interview.
- Candidates selected for admission will be informed through Email.
