This programme leading to the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management emphasises the importance of applying both a system and process perspective in understanding Human Resource functions and implementing Human Resource Strategies. It aims to equip the working executives and aspiring Human Resource managers with theoretical and practical knowledge. Through a combination of theory-based learning modules and best practices, the learning modules will encapsulate recent developments in HR systems across corporations.

Course Content

The Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management is a one-year programme at LIBA.

First Semester

  1. Individual and Group Behavioral Design: Discovery and Transformation.
  2. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Human Resource Strategy.
  3. Employee Code and Legislation.
  4. Building Learning Capabilities: Reskilling and Upskilling.

Second Semester

  • Mastering Performance and Reward Strategies.
  • HR Metrics: Data-Driven Analysis and Decisions.
  • Capstone Project.

Important Things to Remember

Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or a professional qualification recognized as equivalent to a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate.
